PILE INSPECTIONS

Pile socket inspections are traditionally performed from the surface or by dangerously lowering personnel into an open hole to inspect the rock strata. To improve quality control and as a commitment to Zero Harm, we have developed a remotely controlled video camera system that provides the ability to photograph the socket or record a video. This eliminates the need to send personnel down into the hole and still provides the client with full vision of the rock socket in a 360° view - that can be recorded and played back later.

pile integrity testing

“Piletest” Pile Integrity Testing (PIT) system is used to ascertain the concrete pour was completed correctly, ensuring no defects exist in the pile which may impact structural integrity. Using state of the art instrumentation we can quickly identify the characteristics of the pile and provide a third party audit report.

STATIC LOAD TESTING

Static tests are performed to ensure the performance of the pile meets or exceeds the design loads. The use of reaction piles and hydraulic jacks allows the applied load to increase gradually, while being monitored for any movement in the pile.
